Anton Milto, ENNOVA CEO, took part in a regular meeting of the CEO Club. How can employees stay productive and efficient working at home? What concerns and expectations do the employees have when the manager does not see them? How to effectively hold the video-conferences? These and other issues were discussed during the meeting. Today, the problem of remote working is more relevant than ever. Due to coronavirus pandemic, the transformation of the working processes has become an important matter for employers. The speakers shared their experience and told the audience what methods they used to improve the effectiveness of remote work. The discussion was held online.
"We do value our employees, and the most important thing for us is their health. Since the coronavirus infection outbreak in the region, we have organized remote work for our specialists and signed an agreement with the clinic so that our employees could get tested for COVID-19 at the company's expense. In many ways we were ready to switch to remote work. For example, the company operated an electronic document management system for corresponding with the contracting parties, exchanging internal tasks, approving contracts and managing other processes. The mechanisms to transfer electronically signed documents have been fine-tuned. It reduced the amount of printed and stored matter. We have started to actively use videoconferencing and continue our work with Virtual Device Interfaces (VDI). Some employees feel quite comfortable working remotely, and their performance did not suffer in any way," said Anton Milto, ENNOVA CEO.
