Personal data processing agreement

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On personal data" dated 27.07.2006, you hereby confirm that you agree to have your personal data processed by the company ENNOVA: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, blocking, deletion, destruction. 

The company ENNOVA undertakes to ensure confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data shall be carried out in order to efficiently execute orders, contracts and other obligations assumed by the company ENNOVA as binding. 

In case it is required to provide your personal data to a right holder, distributor or reseller of the software to register it in your name, you shall agree to the transfer of your personal data. The company ENNOVA undertakes to ensure that the right holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data under conditions similar to those set out in the Personal Data Privacy Policy. 

This consent shall apply to the following personal data: surname, name and patronymic, e-mail, mail address of order delivery, contact telephone number, payment details. 

The term of the consent shall be unlimited. You shall be liable to revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 630049, г. Novosibirsk, 96 Kropotkina str., ofc. 305 marked "Withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data." 

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data results in the removal of your account from the Web site (http://ennova.energy), and the elimination of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of the company ENNOVA, which may make it impossible to use the internet services of the company ENNOVA.

I guarantee completeness, accuracy and reliability of information provided by me, and also non-infringement of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, legal rights and interests of the third parties when information is provided. All the information provided is filled by me in relation to myself personally. 

This consent is valid for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
