             2022     In 2022, ENNOVA continued implementing environment-related projects and equipping power generating and metallurgy facilities with emission control systems.  The company installed continuous emission monitoring systems at three emission sources of the West Siberian Metallurgical Complex, Krasnoyarsk power plants owned by Siberian Generating Company and Khabarovsk CHPP-3. The work is under way at the Kaliningrad CHPP-2.  The company has actively implemented the projects related to equipment import phase-out. ENNOVA completed a number of projects to supply auxiliary power generating equipment for power producing facilities. Activities are under way within the framework of implementation of the project for upgrading of power units Nos.1, 2, 3 of the Gusinoozerskaya power plant. The specialists carried out commissioning during the implementation of project "Construction of Boiler House in Agidel with heating networks."  The company developed the feasibility studies to choose an efficient model of power supply system for several facilities. The engineers continued the work to design power generating facilities not only in Russia, but also in Kazakhstan. Detailed Design was completed for project "Technical Re-Equipment of Boilers Nos. 5, 6, 9, 10 at TPP-1 with Conversion to Natural Gas Combustion". Design work continues for the technical re-equipment of the Novo-Salavatskaya CHP plant, retrofit of the Chelyabinsk CHPP-1, for the construction of plants for the thermal neutralization of municipal solid waste and for the construction of a boiler house in Ridder.  This year the company received five positive expert opinions, including a clear opinion of the state environmental examination board for project "Construction of Building for New Unloading Device with Utility Systems and Unloading Equipment."  ENNOVA successfully passed the first quality management system audit for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
         2021     In 2021, ENNOVA completed its participation in repair and recovery activities on power unit No. 3 at the Berezovskaya power plant. Commissioning activities were completed, and the power unit was put into operation. Design and commissioning at the Primorskaya TPP were also completed. Commissioning activities within the project "Overhaul (Refurbishment) of the Primary Methane Reformation Furnace of D-101 Ammonia Unit Made by Kemiko No.4" were completed. Intense commissioning activities are under way within the framework of implementation of the project for upgrading of power units Nos.1, 2, 3 of the Gusinoozerskaya power plant. ENNOVA became a leading commissioning company at the Nizhnekamskaya CHPP-2. The company installed continuous emission monitoring systems at the Krasnoyarsk power plants owned by the Siberian Generating Company and continues its activities in this area in other cities. We supplied automated emission control equipment for the needs of Kazakhmys Energy.  The company completed a number of projects to supply auxiliary power generating equipment for energy facilities.  The specialists of the company continue design work for technical re-equipment at the Novo-Salavatskaya CHP plant.  The company started developing basic design for the project "Retrofit of the Chelyabinskaya CHPP-1 with Decommissioning of its Overage Part." Unique works were carried out to reinforce diaphragm wall structures at the Pregolskaya TPP. Branch of Gosexpertiza in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued a Positive Expert Opinion for the project "Construction of a Boiler House in Ridder." ENNOVA became the finalist in the Vocational Skills Contest for engineers in construction industry.


         2020     In 2020, design and commissioning were completed in the Primorskaya TPP for INTER RAO.  ENNOVA engineers deployed an emission control system in CHP-1, CHP-2, CHP-3 plants in Krasnoyarsk for SGC.  The company delivered and installed the system.  And in August, a smoke stack was launched in the Krasnoyarsk CHP-1 plant. The entire company were involved in this project. The company's specialists completed field supervision for the construction of CCPP 1564 within the project "Construction of Cogeneration Plants in the Usinskoye Oilfield:  CCPP 17OC (III), CCPP 5060 (II), CCPP 1564" owned by LUKOIL. The work is under way to retrofit the third power unit in the Berezovskaya power plant.  ENNOVA continues its cooperation with Irkutskenergo PJSC. The work began on the development of basic design and detailed design documentation, as well as the field supervision under the project: "Construction of an unloading device building with the utility systems and unloading equipment" for Novo-Irkutskaya CHP plant. The work continues on the development of design estimates and detailed design documentation for the construction of waste-to-energy plants for municipal solid waste.  ENNOVA signed a contract for the retrofit of the Chelyabinskaya CHP-1 plant (involving decommissioning of the old part, installation of a new steam turbine and organisation of a combined-cycle power unit based on the two existing gas turbine units and HRSGs).  The company signed a contract with the Machine Building Factory of Podolsk for the development of the project to strengthen the structures of dry forced-draft cooling towers for the Pregolskaya TPP.  The development of detailed design documentation for ArcelorMittal Temirtau was completed.         2019




        COTES was rebranded and renamed ENNOVA. In June, the forum GOELRO -3. As You Design, So You Upgrade was held by ENNOVA with support of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. ENNOVA obtained a category I license for design operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The design development for construction and commissioning of a new boiler unit No. 7 at TPP-2 of ArcelorMittal Temirtau started as well as work on replacing of the boiler unit No. 1 at TPP-1 of ArcelorMittal Temirtau. The company signed an agreement for design and site investigation for the project Construction of a Boiler House in Ridder for the needs of Kazzinc in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, ENNOVA and Neftekhimremstroy (NHRS) signed an agreement for design and site investigation regarding technical retrofitting of Novo-Salavatskaya CHP plant (the Republic of Bashkortostan, Salavat). ENNOVA entered into an agreement for commissioning and testing of a turboset together with Siemens for the project Construction of a New Bark Boiler and a Steam Turbine at the CHP plant of Mondi SLPK.  

                                                   
        2018

        For the Zatonskaya CHP-5 plant with CCPP (Bashkir Generating Company INTER RAO) the development of detailed design and construction supervision were completed.The Zatonskaya CHP-5 plant with CCCP was successfully commissioned on March 13, 2018.The contract was signed for commissioning at the facility:Mondi Syktyvkar Timber Processing Complex using steam turbine SST-600 manufactured by Siemens.For several key customers, front-end engineering and design works were carried out to more accurately define certain parameters in their applications for participation in the power plant upgrading program CSA-2 (Capacity Supply Agreement) (SGK, Lukoil-Engineering).A number of projects for Kazakhmys Corporation were completed in the Republic of Kazakhstan.New Business Development Department was established. 


        2017        

        Power unit No.3 CCPP for 247.5 MW was put into commercial operation at the Chelyabinskaya power plant owned by Fortum.The company continues development of detailed design for the Primorskaya TPP.The field supervision team of the company continues its work at the Zatonskaya CHP plant (Bashkir Generating Company INTER RAO). The largest contract in the company history was concluded for commissioning of the third power unit at the Berezovskaya power plant, UniPro.Also, the year 2017 saw a contract award for a new line in the company activity for the development of basic design and estimate documentation, as well as detailed design for the construction of the Waste-to-Energy Plant with the minimum capacity of 700,000 tons of municipal solid waste per year in the Moscow region. 

         
        2016    In the first quarter of 2016, the 2nd Fortum CCPP 247.5 MW unit was put into commercial operation.COTES continues its development of detailed design for the third unit.Key technical solutions for the Primorskaya CHP plant in Kaliningrad are under development, and site investigation is in progress.At the end of 2015, the project for construction of the Zatonskaya CHP plant received the status of Capacity Supply Agreement, and in the beginning of 2016, earlier suspended activities for the development of detailed design were renewed, and the COTES field supervision team was created.Alongside with these activities, COTES proceeded with the development of design and estimate documentation for the rehabilitation of the apron of a concrete dam for the Penzenskaya CHP-1 plant and engineering activities for the Balkhash TPP under the contract with Samsung. Commissioning of gas supply system for the Verkhnetagilskaya power plant is in progress.Installation of the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) on the discharge flue gas ducts of steam boilers at the Karmanovskaya power plant was completed.Rehabilitation of power unit No.3 of the Berezovskaya power plant started; Fuel receiving station and Fire-fighting pump station were designed and commissioned.

        2015     
        In 2015, COTES signed a range of major contracts and completed a number of large-scale projects. At the request of Samsung C&T Corporation, COTES provides the services for the adaptation of detailed design for project "Construction of the Balkhash TPP with the capacity of 1,320 MW" for it to comply with the technical codes and regulations stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the second half of the year, COTES proceeded with the design of a new Primorskaya TPP in Kaliningrad with the planned capacity of 150-195 MW.
        In 2015, COTES completed the development of detailed design for two CCPP units, 247.5 MW each, under the contract with Fortum. On December 1, 2015, the unit was put into commercial operation. The specialists from COTES continued the development of detailed design for the third CCPP unit. In 2015, COTES also prepared preliminary feasibility study for the Rubtsovskaya CHP plant, having considered three key construction options for a new plant ranging from 130 to 500 MW. For the Zatonskaya CHP-5 plant with CCPP COTES provided services for both design and supply of turbine unit vibration-isolating foundations.
        Commissioning of the turbine equipment for the 3rd power unit of the Berezovskaya GRES was also completed. As a commissioning organization, COTES also performed commissioning of turbine and boiler mechanical equipment at the Karagandinskaya CHP-3 plant by the order of China Machinery Engineering Corporation.
        The recommendation of Inter RAO Scientific and Technical Council to apply the boiler at all constructed and upgraded coal-fired plants owned by the holding became an important step towards promotion of a circular furnace boiler. In November 2015, COTES successfully passed a regular recertification audit for compliance with ISO 9001:2008.


            2013-2014

        COTES Group implements several large projects simultaneously: two combined-cycle power units, 247.5 MW each, for the Chelyabinskaya GRES; two combined-cycle units, 450 MW each, in Nizhny Novgorod; a 440 MW combined-cycle power unit for the Zatonskaya CHP plant in Ufa. Early in 2013, the construction project for 110 MW Phase 2 of the Blagoveshchenskaya CHP plant received Gosekspertiza (State Expert Review Board) approval, following which COTES Group proceeded with the development of detailed design. The professionals from COTES, together with an Italian company Magaldi, implement the first dry ash handling system for a 800 MW unit boiler at the Berezovskaya GRES. COTES also provides commissioning services for the same power plant. In 2013, the engineers from COTES successfully commissioned automated process control system for a 300 MW unit at the Ugljevik TPP (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and in 2014, COTES field engineers returned to the site under the new contracts. In 2013, COTES received several awards including "The Most Dynamically Growing Exporter in the Novosibirsk Region and The Best Taxpayer of the Year". In 2014, COTES becomes one of the five design institutes certified by InterRAO, the largest energy holding that manages energy assets in Russia, CIS countries, and Europe. The projects for the development of detailed design for two combined cycle power units of the Chelyabinskaya GRES, and basic design of the construction project for 110 MW Phase 2 of the Blagoveshchenskaya CHP plant continue. Together with a Chinese SDEPCI, COTES Group prepares preliminary feasibility study of different construction options for the 8 GW Erkovetskaya TPP. The feasibility study for the construction of a substitute energy source for Azot Chemical Plant (Kemerovo) is developed. Together with Pöyry, a global consulting and engineering firm, COTES supervises installation and commissioning of the newly built power units with CFB boilers at the Narva power plant (Estonia).  



            2011-2012

        COTES Group implements large energy projects. In Kazakhstan the projects are under way for Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1 and Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2, Astaninskaya CHP-3 and CHP-2 plants, Karagandinskaya CHP-3 plant. Jointly with Pöyry (Finland), COTES develops the design for two CCPPs, 247.5 MW each, for the Chelyabinskaya GRES and the design for relocation of a 600 MW CCPP to a new site in Moscow. In September, the project for the construction of two CCPP units in Chelyabinsk received an approval from Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, and COTES started detailed design development. Several preliminary feasibility studies and financial feasibility studies were developed. The company continues its energetic efforts related to commissioning and comprehensive automation of power plants overseas: at Ugljevik TPP (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Kostolac-A TPP (Serbia). 



                  2009-2010   
        SibCOTES was renamed E4-SibCOTES, whereby it completed the process of its withdrawal from the COTES Group of companies.As from 2009, COTES Group and Е4-SibCOTES operate independently.
        COTES Group is actively involved in the projects in Kazakhstan: it develops the design for rehabilitation of power unit No.8 at the Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1, implements a number of projects for the Karagandinskaya CHP-3 and Astaninskaya CHP-2 plants. At the beginning of the year, design engineers from the Group started designing 500 MW power unit No.3 of the Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2, and already in November, Gosekspertiza (State Project Expertise Authority) approvedthe project. The project for the refurbishment of the firing system for a 300 MW power unit No.5 of the Reftinskaya GRES is under way. A great amount of work is performed by the Civil Engineering Division of COTES.
